Our Community
My name is Shilo Thomas Coll and I am the Community Manager at Palmar de Arroyo. I am joined by Mr. Christian López, our Community Director, and a construction and maintenance team that will be working hard to restore and improve the community.
We have a long history of enhancing the lives of our tenants by transforming communities around the world into beautiful, prosperous and safe places to live. At Palmar de Arroyo, we take great pride in providing quick responses to our resident’s concerns.
Palmar de Arroyo is a beautiful community of over 120 homes with large landscaped yards and private driveways. Our community is designed specifically for those who desire affordable or subsidized housing. We offer both 2 and 3 bedroom units, all with Laundry hookups, Terrazo floors, a fully functional Kitchen and a tiled bathroom. Unlike many subsidized housing complexes on the island of Puerto Rico, these homes offer a “single family” living experience in a park like setting where children and animals spend their play time in the many open green areas throughout the community.
With many neighborhood improvements still on the way over the next few months, we are confident Palmar de Arroyo will continue to be a beautiful and safe neighborhood for our tenants to reside.
